The staff are very accommodating. They also respond very fast to your emails. They tried their best to give good service. This hotel is value for money, cheap yet clean and comfortable to stay even if we are family of 4. The room is small but it is clean, complete amenities in the bathroom. The location is very good, 5 to 10 minutes walk to Namba, near Ebisucho station, there is a 7-eleven infront of the hotel for your konbini run. There is a coin laundry in the hotel.

Although we arrived at the hotel quite late, there were many staff there and warmly welcome me and my friend. Moreover, the hotel provides many facilities such as laundry, ice machine, iron, etc. the most important is location. The hotel is located near Ebisucho station which easily to change the train to other stations. In addition, there is a 7/11 opposite the hotel

Straightforward hotel offering down-to-earth rooms. Terrace for relaxing although it appeared to be under renovation during our stay. Free Wi-Fi. Convenient location near Dotonbori district and Namba station. Affordable price.

The staffs were very friendly. And they helped a lot. The location is prefect, easy to travel. The train station is very close by and there is a supermarket opposite which made our essential goods easy to access.

The price was amazing for what we got. The room isn't the biggest, but two beds and everything we need for the best price we could get was great. Also the hotel is situated in otaku part of the city, so that was great too.

The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. They are easy to approach when you need something or need some recommendations about the best spots in osaka. They have wifi rental and luggage delivery as well.

We stayed 4 nights and everything was perfect! We enjoyed our stay and staff were super helpful and friendly. The location is near to major sites and Namba station (diredt to airport) were just few minutes walk. We were able to go Kyoto for a day trip as the location of the hotel were easily accessible.

Staff were great, the room decor was interesting in a positive way (set it apart from other hotels). The beds were comfy and the facilities were good.

The rooms were spacious and it was very convenient to have a small area with a desk, as well as having other supplies like an electric kettle, cups, and slippers. The supplies in the lobby (facial wash, creams, coffee, hair brush, etc) were also very convenient. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

Great location, amazing staff and value for money! Will highly recommend staying here again! It is also close to the train station, so super easy to get around, no matter where you end up going in Osaka 😊
